Vektra Research
Open research on keeping people in command of machines that act for them.
Our questionHumans in command,
when it counts.
The open research lab of Vektra Industries. Methods, findings, and instruments are published so anyone can check them. Research stays labeled until it is field-proven.
Write the question and the test first. Publish the misses with the hits.
How do people stay in command?
Three things we study in the open.
Oversight.
Approval ladders, policy gates, and stop conditions that hold even when the model is wrong.
Honest records.
Records an operator can trust afterward, including when the system itself failed.
Safe when degraded.
What an agent should do when the network, power, or model is lost.
Programs.
Each one stays labeled as research until it is field-proven.
About the name Fudoshin.
Fudoshin (不動心) is a Japanese term for an immovable mind: clarity that does not flinch under pressure. It names our program on how artificial and hybrid minds think, decide, and stay constrained under load.
The lab is Vektra Research. Fudoshin is one program inside it.
